My Two-2- 3 Fighters,

In Doha, The best company which am having are my 2 too 3 fighters. Yes I love the fighter fish for its prominent colors and the way it projects its strength within its boundaries. The close ones to me knows well that how I love all the pets, included plants and in childhood days I had bunch of fishes in battery tank and in my mothers big big patharams( vessels) during the peak time.(Small recollection: I had exchanged some of my fishes with my classmate Rama Rajesh for completing my record note.Thanks da!!! For completing my record note).

My mother use to say that any plant from my hand has a long healthy life. It’s just the reflection of motherhood but my simple secret is to ensure its roots are well covered with the new soil and pour water at right time, sure u will have ur good name. And one genuine love I have on plants is that they cannot move from place to place but they bring beauty to a place in every way.

After leaving ponmalai I don’t have proper channel to grow plants or to have any pets with me because I was at Mumbai in a flat @ 6th floor. But now at Doha we had rented a compound villa, so I had some space from veranda to the gate and this space was already occupied by some small plant and a medium drumstick tree, thulasi, lemon sapling, some table rose spread here and there and few more unknown saplings.

I came to know those plants where looked by the family who stayed before us and now I had decided to take care of them, through which at least I can spend some time as my own way. So I started pouring water on evening,week ends and when I saw a new growth or a flower really it makes me to feel very happy, that too in a desert am enriching the greenish! Awesome feeling, Really Gr8…..

There is a small rabbit farm at the backyard of my house and this adds some more beauty to the locality. First week there was no gate and then later my house owner denied my access by introducing a gate. Even though during the desolate times I will look those rabbit through my windows and pass my time.

So these environments induced my love to pets and I wish to have something living, moving, attracting… which should grab my attention and kills my time. By the by the way back from office to house I have a fish shop, Where always I spend some time in watching the fish. Often I cross the shop if I had time I will get in and watch the fish but one fortunate day I found my friend- The Red Fighter which took my attention.

Then I came back to my room I was restless and my mind was tempting me, Go Senthil don’t confuse!!! Just go and buy the fish: - Really restless for few minutes. Then I was crazy and I went to the shop, I just asked the person, what’s the rate? He said 15 QR, It’s equal to 190 Rs in India, Where as India the cost of fighter is 10.Rs.Its really high, but my mind is ready to go. So I asked him, Did I can get the Jar to grow the fish; they denied and added ten more Riayls. On the whole I took the fish and brought it to my house. Then when I put the fish into Jar I noticed a rapid color change and the dullness existing with it, Later I got the reason it’s because of its loneliness and I thought of feeding food but I had not bought the fish food. Shit! After 2 to 3 hrs carefully examining the fish I decided to go for an other one…

Since it’s a fighter it’s tough to have the female, So I went for the new one and I bought the Blue- Fighter. Then a fish food –thing is fish food is more costly then the fish- 20QR..Total 70QR =875Rs In India for this I can have beautiful fish tank and at least 25 Pair of fish.. Why I put the price in picture is don’t know, whether am correctly charged. (Any locals can help me….).So now the two friends are in my room…..

Fighter Characteristics:
As humans they show angriness when any anonymous enters their territory. If stressed or frightened then there will be a color change but you cannot see this with the grown up males. Like other fishes they are quiet curious to humans going about their nearby business. The beauty is it has an elegant movement in water for which its wings by default automatically sail according to the movement of the fish. Really get one, Sorry get two just keep them aside and have a watch….You will discover what it means-If you are a real lover of fish.
