The story begins as Mr.Y met Sir on one afternoon when Mr.Y had dispute with his office colleague, Suddenly they took Mr.Y to sir and introduced him but Mr.Y was so embarrassed since at the mid of a dispute he is pushed into Sir's cabin.As the introduction was over Mr.Y told "Nice to meet you sir" - True words which Mr.Y had whispered instantly......
Days are galloping, Mr.Y is loaded with work but always rewarded by Sir pushes his energy level more and prepares him for the battle.As a young guy Mr.Y never thought how much he can contribute and he had his own false demarcation.Whereas sir wants Mr.Y to get the knowledge and gave him a chance to be with them in meetings.Slowly he got the knowledge of their work and now from hard worker he evolved as smart worker....
Things seems to be blooming for Mr.Y and given chance in all the possible areas to prove what he deserve to be, slowly Y got moulded for a corporate life.Every meetings and words from Sir conveyed a intellectual meaning to him.Sir's profound knowledge and humanity made him to wish for a dream person within Y like sir.Mr.Y was more curious to know lot about sir, but until now what Y knows is only Sir's birthday Aug 13x2..
Whenever Y was in Sir's cabin Y use to read a phrase "Tough time doesn't exist for a long time.As tough time gets going tough gets going".So whenever Y had his sad account he use to remember this phrase - then he got energised and move to jolly mood in minutes.All his Sir's word will be full of energetic,zeal,natural and Y feels as it is designed to target and mould him.Mr.Y start to wonder how nice it will be if everyone has such a Head in their department...
Time to pay reward for Y's hard work as expected Sir called him and asked Y "what is your aim?".Y told as a cse engineer Y wish to be in IT.A person like Sir will do anything to take one to the right place what they deserve to be.As a result Sir informed Y I had spoken to our IT head and asked Y to meet the IT-head.Things went smoothly and Mr.Y got a chair reserved at IT department.Whereas Mr.Y job nature is not defined at IT and not offered a big chance to explore himself.But Mr.Y was informed by the IT head that he will be put into his area of interest in future.So Y was doing what he was intend to do....
As the days were slipping Mr.Y contract period comes to an end and one unfortunate day Y is out of his first job.All his dreams are shattered, tared into pieces, not able to see his friends as he is out of the race.Still Y rememebers the very next day Y was lying in bed till 10.30am watching his friend rushing to office has a heart pealing pain within him.All his entire one year effort was collapsed and dont know what to do?.But IT head told him there may a chance for Y to be back but unfortunately it doesn't happened.Y was drenched in sorrow but Y got a good experience in exploring different pupils..
With an excruciating pain,Y decide to call sir and explained his situation, since Sir's budget for his department for that fiscal year is closed Sir cannot help Y.But his kind and powerful words of sir healed all his wounds and bought him back for an another fresh journey.Then Y decided to call sir on every Saturday then changed to Friday since all Sir's Saturdays are reserved for his outings.May be around 20 times Y should had spoken to sir and all those minutes are the vital minutes of Y's life which keeps him moving.Even though cyberspace and telecom keeps them in touch but their separation kills the days of Y....
A leader should be a true entrepreneur and who values the importance of his employee and feeds them with what they required, sir is a kind of human who exactly fit for the word -Leadership.Y proclaim Sir as the greatest gift which god had given and he wishes the shelter of Sir's wisdom to be enjoyed by Y for all his life.And Y really dont know what he can pay pack to sir and he is sure that nothing can reciprocate what sir had given to Y.Y prays to god for the long happy life of sir.His kind of person is rare to be seen and Y met the right on his way...
Truly, Deeply, Madly Y likes his Sir....
